Canada Names Boudreau-Gagnon and Rampling as Duet for 2008
Season
Dec 18 - Synchro Canada is pleased
to announce that synchro swimmers Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon
(Riviere-du-Loup, Qc.) and Isabelle Rampling (Burlington,
Ont.) will join forces for a third consecutive season to represent
Canada on the international stage. Along with duet alternate
Dominika Kopcik of Surrey, BC, these athletes will attend
and compete at the 2008 Olympic Qualifying event in Beijing

with them to 2008 Season

Canada named 12 athletes that will go on to train at the Aquatic
Centre of Excellence in Montreal in preparation for the 2008
Olympic Qualifying event to take place in Beijing this April.
Several of the athletes named to the team were a part of the
2007 Pan American Games silver medal team, two carry Commonwealth
Games gold medals, while several of the athletes have reached
the international or Junior World Championship podium at least
once in their career. More...
