Moving
Forward with Restructuring: Reevaluating Coaching Resources
Aug 8 - Synchro
Canada announced today that as part of moving forward with
restructuring, all current National A Team coaching contracts
have been terminated.
“We
are not firing anybody,” assured Synchro Canada CTO
Diane Oligny, “I want to make it very clear that we
are ending the contracts in order to start fresh with a blank
slate. All three coaches are strongly encouraged to
reapply. We just want to ensure that as we move forward
we have the absolute best coaching staff in place possible.
Candidates from all over Canada and the globe are invited
to apply, but if the coaching staff we had in place until
now was in fact the best option, then that’s who we
will go with.”
