MASTERS NATIONALS

The information package for Masters Nationals, including the registration information, is now posted on the Synchro Canada website in the Events Calendar  www.synchro.ca

This year we are trying to do on-line registration.  If you have any questions you can contact Audrey Sribney - chief scorer  audrey.deanna@gmail.com

We are also doing “digital” music on-line.  If you have questions you can contact Morgan Steeves – our music man aqbmusic@shaw.ca

Canadian rules still include trio and the minimum age has remained at 19.  Required Elements have not changed.

Please note that an event includes both a technical routine and a free routine.  You must swim both.  EXCEPT FOR COMBO

If you have any other questions you can contact me at padgetr@telus.net   or Chris Hampshire athampshire.christine@gmail.com

FINA WORLD MASTERS

On-line registration is now open www.finamasters2014.org   You need to register as an individual swimmer.  Please make sure that each swimmer uses exactly the same Club name.

In April or May, the coach will then be able to access the club registration and name the members to each duet, team and combo.

You will need to check FINA rules for the change in the minimum age.  Also FINA has no trio event.  Required Elements have not changed.

Please note that an event includes both a technical routine and a free routine.  You must swim both.  EXCEPT FOR COMBO

If you have any questions you can contact me  padgetr@telus.net

Next month I will send a note on the judging system to be used at Nationals (the new system) and at Worlds (the old system).

Happy training!!!
