Longtime Synchro Volunteer passes away

January 5, 2009 - Synchro Canada offers their deepest sympathies to the family of Willma (Billie) Carter who passed away December 29, 2008 at the age of 90. Carter had volunteered as a national judge for Synchro Canada for over 20 years and was a great friend to many. In addition to her contributions to Synchro, Carter worked with autistic children and was an accomplished piano player. She will be greatly missed.
