Catherine Gosselin-Després has been with Synchro Canada since February 2005 in a variety of positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. “During the past eighteen months, Synchro Canada has been operating under an interim organizational structure while it reviewed its operations, strategic goals and implementation plans”, said Synchro Canada President, Lisa Schott. “During this period, Catherine Gosselin-Després was instrumental in leading our organization through a number of successful initiatives and necessary transformational change.” “The Board is confident that Catherine Gosselin-Després will provide strong leadership to our team of staff, valued volunteers, coaches, officials and athletes as we aggressively pursue our Mission of fostering the pursuit of excellence while developing athletes, citizens and ambassadors for the sport of synchronized swimming.”
