Synchro Ontario’s 2010 13-15 B Team will represent Canadian synchronized swimming in Peru

Ottawa, July 7, 2010 – Synchro Canada would like to wish good luck to Synchro Ontario’s 2010 13-15 B Team which will represent Canadian synchronized swimming at the Aquatica Cup in Lima, Peru, July 8-11.

This team was approved by Synchro Canada’s International Bid Selection Committee to attend the competition following the submission and review of its International Bid for the competition.

Margo Bain (Toronto, ON, Granite Synchro), Deanna Burns (Scarborough, ON, Variety Village Synchro Club), Claire Caskey (Etobicoke, ON, Olympium Synchro), Margaret DiGravio (Waterloo, ON, Waterloo Regional Synchro), Dylan Harding (Gormley, ON, Granite Synchro), Cosette Leblanc (Woodbridge, ON, Olympium Synchro), Sarah Masters (Claremont, ON, Durham Synchro), Emily Mill (Waterloo, ON, Waterloo Regional Synchro), Lucia Scaturchio (King, ON, Olympium Synchro), Natasha Warren (Scarborough, ON, Variety Village Synchro Club), Kionna Whyte (Oshawa, ON, Durham Synchro) and Nicky Young (Toronto, ON, Granite Synchro) will be Synchro Ontario’s 2010 13-15 B Team representatives at the competition.

They will all swim in the team event. Deanna Burns and Dylan Harding will also compete in the solo event. In the duet event, Synchro Ontario’s 2010 13-15 B Team will be represented by Cosette Leblanc/Lucia Scaturchio and Sarah Masters/Kionna Whyte.

Larissa Ryssina (Aurora, ON, York Synchro) will be the head coach of the team as Chandra Costello (Ottawa, ON, Gloucester Synchro) will be the assistant coach.

Diane van der Pol (Markham, ON) has been appointed as judge for the competition.
