On behalf of the National Junior Team, I would like to thank our families and close friends for coming to support us at our water show Saturday, July 24th. The show provided us with an opportunity to perform in front of an audience and it also gave us a chance to learn how to work as a team when we have more nerves, more excitment and energy from the crowd.
 
Coming into our last days of training we are feeling good! We are becoming more confidant in swimming our routines and figures. We also know what we need to work on in order to put the finishing touches on our routines and take them to the next level! The coaches and swimmers have been working hard this summer and we know that our strong efforts will pay off at the FINA World Junior Championships.
 
Lastly, we would like to congratulate the 2010 13-15 National Team on their amazing performances at the Comen Cup last weekend. We are very proud of them and we are looking forward to adding to Canada`s medal count this summer! Way to go girls!
