Rules clarification

Jan. 29, 2009 - It has been brought to my attention that there is some confusion concerning the penalties for teams with less than 8 members in Tier 6 15 & under, Tier 6 16 & over, Tier 7 Junior, and Tier 7 Senior.  Please note that at the Rules Ratification Meeting in October it was decided that for this season only the penalty rule would be waived for all Tier 6 and Tier 7 teams.  Could you please see that this information is distributed to everyone in your province that this rule would affect.
