Ottawa, April 12, 2012 – Synchro Canada is pleased to announce that MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada has joined its group of sponsors as the official make up for Synchro Canada and its senior national teams.

In this agreement, MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada will be an important partner for Synchro Canada’s national senior team leading up to London this summer.  MAKE UP FOR EVER artists will work directly with the team in order to develop make up concepts for the four routines being presented for this important competition.

In addition, MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada will graciously provide professional waterproof make up products to the senior national teams as well as educate each of the athletes on proper application techniques for the four make up looks being created.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada will also be actively involved at Synchro Canada’s national championships and will present a new award for the best overall artistic performance at the Canadian Open and Espoir championships.  MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada will also provide exclusive product rebates to Synchro Canada members at those championships.

For its part, Synchro Canada will be involved in the launch of "Aqua Shadow", a new collection of waterproof MAKE UP FOR EVER products. In addition Synchro Canada will recognize MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada through its communication tools, both written and visual.

“All the small details will be important in order to help us attain that difficult goal of stepping on the podium”, said Julie Sauvé, Synchro Canada’s national senior team head coach. “By associating with MAKE UP FOR EVER Canada’s professional team, we are gaining an advantage.  This support for make up will help us for our artistic impression marks which count for 50 percent of the final mark and includes the choreography, music interpretation and presentation.”
