- 2012 Canadian Open Championships
Follow the 2012 Canadian Open Championships, which will be held in Victoria, B.C., May 2-6, on a special section on our Website where you’ll find the final schedule, draws, links to the live results and to the webcast. Check it out now.
- Official unveiling of the duet themes and music routines for the 2012 Olympic Games
On Saturday, May 12, at 2 pm at the Talisman Centre in Calgary, Synchro Canada will officially unveil the themes, music, swimsuits and make-up of the Canadian synchronized swimming technical and free duet routines prepared for the 2012 Olympic Games. Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon and Élise Marcotte as 2012 Canadian Olympic Team Chef de Mission Mark Tewksbury, 1988 Olympic Games Canadian synchronized swimming gold medalist in the duet event with Carolyn Waldo, Michelle Cameron, and 1948 London Olympic Games Track and Field Olympian Ernie McCullough will be there! We hope to see you there in this very special and important step for the preparation of the team toward the 2012 Olympic Games!
- Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon on TV show “Tout le monde en parle”
Check out National Team member Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon Sunday night on TV show « Tout le monde en parle” on Radio-Canada at 8 pm. She will be there with other athletes qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games: swimmers Audrey Lacroix and Charles Francis and Sergio Pessoa from judo.
- Synchro Canada announces the 19 clubs selected for the 2012 Club Excellence Program

- Support your 2012 Senior National Team
Check out products and clothes especially identified with the logo of the 2012 Senior National Team! Synchro Canada is having a booth this weekend during the 2012 Canadian Open Championships and will also have a booth during the visit of National Team members in Calgary, Toronto, Charlottetown and Quebec City in May. - 2012 Canadian Masters Championships

- Calls for bids: 2013 Canadian Masters Championships
Synchro Canada is currently accepting bids to host the 2013 for the Masters Canadian Championship. Deadline is May 11th. More details.
- Upcoming Competition-Development courses
Please note that Synchro Canada will hold Competition-Development courses in St. John’s, NL, August 16-20, and in Montreal, QC, September 7-9 and 14-16. If you are interested in attending, please contact Khadija Cutcher at

- Rule change proposals

- Toronto to host 2012 Olympic Hall of Fame Events
The Canadian Olympic Committee unveiled plans for an entire week of events, culminating in the 2012 Canadian Olympic Hall of Fame Gala Dinner and Induction Ceremony Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. More details.
- 2013 Canada Games: 1000 Days Out Milestone Approaching
May 19, 2012 marks 1000 days until Prince George and Northern British Columbia play host to 3600 athletes, coaches and officials, up to 6000 volunteers, plus hundreds of media and medical professionals, and thousands of visitors at the 2015 Canada Winter Games. More details.
