Synchro Canada introduces its first qualified swimmers for the 2012-2013 Centre of Excellence

Ottawa, July 6 2012 – Synchro Canada is pleased to introduce the 12 athletes that have qualified to train at the Centre of Excellence for the 2012-2013 season.  They will be members of Synchro Canada’s Senior National A or B team next season.

Those athletes were chosen following a selection camp from June 9-12 at Synchro Canada’s Centre of Excellence located at the Quebec Aquatic Sports Centre of Excellence at the Olympic Park Sport Centre in Montreal.

In addition to these 12 athletes and in accordance with selection criteria, “all 12 athletes who have been named to the 2012 Olympic Pool of athletes do not have to participate in the June selection and will have direct entry into the Centre of Excellence Athlete Pool.”
